Clear policies. Consistent handling.

1) All sales are final

Because our products are research-use only and may be sensitive to handling, temperature, storage conditions, and chain-of-custody, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

For the same reasons, refunds are not provided for “change of mind,” ordering errors, or product preference.

2) Order changes & cancellations

If you need to correct shipping details or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after checkout. We may be able to assist if the order has not been processed or dispatched.

Once fulfillment begins (including label creation or packaging), cancellations may not be possible.

3) Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement of the affected item(s) or store credit at our discretion.

• Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
• Provide clear photos of the shipping box, inner packaging, and product labels (if applicable).
• Do not dispose of packaging until the review is complete (carriers may require evidence).

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be declined due to limited ability to verify shipping condition and handling.

4) Shipping issues & delivery exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us with the case number.

If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the carrier returns the package, reshipping costs may apply.

5) Refused or returned shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable, we may be unable to restock or resell the products due to handling and storage requirements. As a result, refunds are generally not available.

In limited cases, we may review the situation and determine next steps at our discretion.

Our products are intended for laboratory and research applications only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice or a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
