2) Processing & handling time

4) Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and a package is returned or delayed, additional reshipping costs may apply.
5) Tracking & delivery confirmation
If tracking indicates “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, building staff, neighbors, and the carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number and any carrier case/reference number.
6) Delays & carrier exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control. We will assist with documentation needed to support a carrier inquiry where applicable.
7) Lost, damaged, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement of the affected item(s) or store credit at our discretion.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide clear photos of the shipping box, inner packaging, and product labels (if applicable).
- Do not dispose of packaging until the review is complete (carriers may require evidence).
8) International shipping (if applicable)
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import requirements imposed by the destination country. Customs processing times can vary and may affect delivery estimates.
